AddOns extend the capability, functionality, and look & feel of the JW Player. We support three types of AddOns: Plugins, Modules and Skins. A plugin is a bit of software, written in ActionScript 3 or JavaScript, that the JW Player loads through configured variables in the HTML embed code. Examples of plugins include statistic engines, visualizers, active playlists, sharing and networking plugins, video rotators and various Ad Serving plugins.
