Hi Jules, There's a known issue with the rate-it-all plugin and embed plugin. I'd recommend taking the following steps: - Upgrade to the 4.5 version of the player - Switch from embed to sharing (http://developer.longtailvideo.com/trac/wiki/PluginsSharing)

in the list of plugins, you should add embed-1: plugins=hd-1,googlytics-1,rateit-2,tipjar-1,embed-1. you should also add the escaped embedcode. see http://www.longtailvideo.com/addons/get-instructions.html?addon=49&q= for instructions.
